Description

Shot the same day as The Golden Hour one. yes the sky is real and not pasted in as people have been asking Taken in Howth Harbour just a quick train journey away. I love this place and could spend hours just strolling up and down feeding the seagulls with chips. Haven't got a shot of that because i don't want my lens covered in guano

beautiful view. a bit crowded, but beautiful.
I would remove the thing on the bottom right (that is used to tie the boat line ?).
good exposure.

Nice view, the sky is just gorgeous! The whole scene looks a bit tilted to the left in my opinion, but it could be my eyes tricking me. Anyway, nice capture :)

Clouds looks beautiful..
Also font size of the text on the frame looks a little big for my taste

Very nice. Would be better if you had chosen a day with less clouds and more sun :). Still very good.

Very nice; I especially like the contrast that the red boats add. :)!

Very very nice. I loved the blues and the reds. I disagree with FAV about the thing on the bottom right (that is used to tie the boat line ?). I think this makes the shot better.

Thumbs up. 7/7

Is this a HDRI?

I like the mood the busy scene creates, and the sky is great, but I think you should crop out the thing on the bottom, because it is not necessary IMO, and also some from the right to improve composition.

excellent shot
i would crop the last boat on the right and lighten the sky on the top right also
well done +8

Wow thanks guys, such lovely comments. BoBoBo tisn't a HDRI, i did used a Grad filter so the sky wouldn't be overexposed and then i edited the sky and the ground level seperately and did a spot of dodging and burning. Sorry aboot the font, i was gonna go with a script one but they all loooked a bit fancy and didn't really match the subject matter. Cheers again guys, seems i've finally got that over exposure problem of mine sorted just gotta fix my wobbly horizons and all will be well

Great sky and red accents. The busy scene doesn't bother me and looks very natural.
